1. Go to Warmbase and click the Add Inbox button.

  2. A popup will appear to connect your email. Select Others as the mail service and click Next. Then you'll see options to enter your custom SMTP and IMAP settings
  3. Now configure your email SMTP details:
    - Name: Your business name.
    - Email: Your business email.
    - Server: Your email server SMTP hostname
    - Port: SMTP server port
    - Encryption: SMTP server encryption type
    - Username: Your email's username
    - Password: Your email's password



  4. Now configure your email IMAP details:
    - Name: Your business name.
    - Email: Your business email.
    - Server: Your email server IMAP hostname
    - Port: IMAP server port
    - Encryption: IMAP server encryption type
    - Username: Your email's username
    - Password: Your email's password



  5. When SMTP and IMAP settings are done. Press the Test Connection button. It will take a few minutes to verify your SMTP and IMAP settings.

  6. Finally, in the "Customize Warm-Up Options" step, choose any option you like. We recommend Grow for new emails and Flat for older ones.
