- Create an API key from SendGrid if you don't have any API keys.
- Now, go to Warmbase and click the Add Inbox button.
- A modal will pop up to connect your SendGrid account. Choose Others from Select Mail Service and press next. You will get custom SMTP and IMAP setting options from the next step (Connect Your Inbox).
- Now configure your SendGrid SMTP.
- Name: Your business name.
- Email: Your business email.
- Server: smtp.sendgrid.com
- Port: 587
- Encryption: TLS
- Username: apikey
- Password: Your API key from step 1. - After that, you have to set up your reply-to email address using our IMAP setting.
- Email: Your reply-to email address.
- Server: Your reply-to email's server name. In my example, we are using Zoho mail. That's the reason, we used imappro.zoho.com as IMAP server.
- Port: Your IMAP server port.
- Encryption: Your IMAP server encryption type.
- Username: Your reply-to email address or username
- Password: Your reply-to email password. - When SMTP and IMAP settings are done. Press the Test Connection button. It will take a few mins to verify your SMTP and IMAP settings.
- Finally, from the next step Customize Warm-Up Options choose any option you want. We recommend Grow option for the newly created emails and Flat for the old emails.
